PDF documents look very much like the
original printed forms. If you receive an email with a .pdf attachment and
it does not open automatically the printable form, then you would need
- first to download
the free Adobe Acrobat Reader from Adobe Systems Incorporated in order
to be able to read PDF files
- Once you have the Adobe Acrobat Reader
installed, it will automatically open when you click on a link to a file
with a .pdf extension.
Now you are able to print the form and fill and sign it in the regular way. With a pen. 
After you have complete the forms please return them via Fax to our toll
free number (866) 439 7416
If you do not have a fax available then you may scan the pages of the filled
form with your computer scanner. They would need to be saved in .GIF .TIFF
or .JPG format before you send them via email attachment to my email address
Some scanner have a software which allow you to direct "scan to email'
- that way works even more simple for you as you do not need to save the
files before you send them.
If you still have problems to receive or send the documents with one of
these ways then please contact me and I will assist you step by step as
good as I am able to.
Certainly the regular 'mail by post way' is
often the only solution and for legal purpose as second, legal document necessary.
